I-9 Process Now Advances for Non-English Candidates with Applicant-Assigned Authorized Representatives

I-9

An issue was resolved where the I-9 process did not advance when a candidate’s language selection was not English, preventing the applicant-assigned authorized representative from inspecting documents and signing Section 2.

What This Fix Means:

  • The I-9 process will now proceed correctly, regardless of the candidate’s selected language.

  • Authorized representatives can now inspect supporting documents and complete Section 2 without delays.

  • Ensures compliance and a smoother experience for non-English-speaking candidates.

This fix removes language-related roadblocks in the I-9 process, improving efficiency and accessibility.
